How do you source talents?
Our pool of specialized talents are recruited through our network of institutions and associations, or registered through our talent portal, Kooltasks.
How qualified are your AI talents?
Our talents range from generalists and domain experts to PhD holders. Prior to any task assignments, they have to undergo a strict review process to ensure they meet all qualifications and capabilities required. Once approved, we'll start the onboarding process.
How are talents assessed?
Talents are assessed through our specialist evaluation formats, combining skills training and performance scoring. This is done to ensure every talent can be assessed to match the competence and domain expertise standards needed for every task.
What skill sets are provided?
It depends on the task at hand. Talents may be required to mark objects in images or videos, verify captions for accuracy, amongst others. Talents will be given the opportunity to learn how to use proprietary tools in sandbox environments.
How long does it take, on average, to fill up headcount for my project?
The timeline needed will depend on the scale and complexity of your project, or how niche the task is which may demand more in-depth sourcing of expert talents.
